Aramis Silva has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2010, Aramis worked as a Marketing Intelligence Intern at Cafe Comunicação Integrada, where they were responsible for generating reports and managing field promoters. In 2011, Aramis joined Lenovo as a Customer Relationship Management Analyst and later as a Marketing Intern, where they focused on customer retention and resolving operational issues. From 2012 to 2014, Aramis worked as a Digital Marketing Analyst at Eurobike, overseeing digital channels, sales funnels, graphic design, and advertising agencies. At Ricardo Eletro (Máquina de Vendas) in 2015, Aramis served as a Media Analyst, managing SEM campaigns and optimizing digital advertising. Aramis then joined Agência Chleba as a Senior Performance Analyst, specializing in Google Adwords campaign management and sponsored link campaigns. From 2017 to 2018, Aramis worked as an Account Manager at Cityads Media, where they focused on customer revenue, expanding digital marketing verticals, and selecting appropriate publishers. Aramis then moved on to Social Miner in 2018, starting as a Customer Success Coordinator and later becoming an Account Manager, responsible for up-selling and cross-selling, developing revenue strategies, and presenting new solutions. Most recently, starting in 2021, Aramis worked as a Customer Success Manager at a stealth startup, enabling him to develop strategies for demand generation, implement new products and services, and manage projects for new accounts. Currently, Aramis is serving as a Customer Success Manager at enabley, formerly known as Time To Know. Throughout their career, Aramis has consistently focused on client satisfaction, generating engagement and revenue growth, and utilizing data insights to drive success.
