Hugo Hen-Tov

Hugo Hen-Tov has a diverse and extensive work experience. Hugo started their career as a Software Engineer at Scitex Corporation Ltd. in 1992, where they developed a front-end system for controlling digital printing devices. Hugo then moved on to Spearhead Technologies in 1999, where they served as a Software Team Leader.

In 2004, Hugo joined TriSixty Security Inc. as a Software Team Leader, responsible for developing a product that checked and updated the security level of servers in large organizations. Hugo used different specific APIs for different types of operating systems and applications.

From 2006 to 2011, Hugo worked at 888.com as a Casino Delivery Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the casino and online games roadmap, managing a team of 32 people. Hugo introduced and developed a full CI/CD infrastructure for all R&D groups in the company.

In 2011, Hugo founded and served as the VP R&D of AppSide, where they developed an App Store for televisions controlled using hand motion and gestures. Hugo managed a team of 7 people in Ukraine and 3 people in Israel.

From 2012 to 2013, they founded Wordprom, a marketplace connecting MBA alumni with applicants. Hugo was the VP Engineering and was responsible for all tech aspects, including backend development and implementing fully automated processes.

In 2013, Hugo co-founded Spartacs, a tech company in the Video Advertising ecosystem. Hugo served as the COO/CTO and was responsible for all operations, management, recruitment, and finance aspects. Hugo also managed a team of 7 developers.

From 2019 to 2020, Hugo worked at Maapilim as the Chief Technology Officer. Hugo had full responsibility for all tech aspects, including the development and high performance of the company's website.

Currently, Hugo is the VP R&D at enabley, starting in 2021.

Hugo Hen-Tov obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics & Computer Science from Tel Aviv University, completing their studies from 1991 to 1994.
