Marilyn Richter

Marilyn Richter has extensive experience in the mortgage insurance industry, currently serving as a Regional Underwriting Manager at Enact Mortgage Insurance since January 2018. Previously, Marilyn worked as a Contract Underwriter for Headway Workforce Solutions, providing remote services for Genworth Mortgage Insurance from July 2014 to December 2017. Marilyn's career also includes a significant tenure at United Guaranty Corporation from November 1992 to June 2013, where roles included Regional Underwriting Manager and Regional Training Specialist, focusing on training both external customers and internal staff. Marilyn began the career as an Underwriter at Downey Savings & Loan from September 1985 to November 1992.
