Enact Mortgage Insurance
Scooter Oliver, MBA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in capital management and reinsurance underwriting. Currently serving as Senior Capital Management Manager at Enact Mortgage Insurance since December 2022, Oliver previously held the role of MI Pricing Manager at Enact MI, where responsibilities included managing $20B - $40B of New Insurance Written annually and providing comprehensive pricing analysis to senior leadership. Prior to these roles, Oliver gained experience as a Special Project Accountant at Aspida, participated in a Finance Development Program at Genworth, and completed multiple internships in controllership at Genworth US Mortgage Insurance. Oliver holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Campbell University. Additional experience includes instructing soccer and officiating for the U.S. Soccer Federation.
