Susan Sullivan

Susan Sullivan has served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Enact Mortgage Insurance since September 2008, playing a critical role in the company's initial public offering in 2021 and managing the executive compensation strategy. Prior to this, Sullivan held various positions at Veradigm®, including Vice President and Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities encompassed talent development, performance management, and employee relations across multiple business units. With a strong foundation in human resources, early roles included Manager, Human Resources, Generalist, and Corporate Recruiter, focusing on the development and implementation of HR programs and recruitment strategies. Education was completed at St. Andrews University.
