Sueli Gonçalves

Sueli Gonçalves has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. From 2004 to the present, they have worked at Enaex, starting as a Project Manager and later moving on to become a Supply Chain Manager. In this role, they were responsible for production planning, purchasing, warehousing, logistics, and distribution management. After that, they served as the Operations and Engineering Director, where they focused on implementing security policies and ensuring efficient manufacturing processes. Currently, they hold the position of Corporate Business Support Director, providing support to Enaex's Business Units worldwide for new projects, products, and processes. Prior to their tenure at Enaex, Sueli worked at Banco do Estado do Paraná S/A from 1988 to 2001, holding various positions such as Process Analyst, Coordinator, Business Manager, and Board Advisor.

Sueli Gonçalves has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from FAE - Faculdade Adm e Economia, which was obtained from 1987 to 1991. Sueli also has a Post-Graduate degree in Quality Management from Universidade Federal do Paraná, completed from 1997 to 1998. Additionally, Sueli holds a Post-Graduate degree in Production Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, achieved from 2004 to 2005. Lastly, they have an MBA in Industrial Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná, acquired between 2007 and 2009.
