Charles Drayson has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Charles began their career as a Solicitor at Hogan Lovells, specializing in Shipping and International Trade. Charles then worked at Clyde & Co LLP as a Solicitor before joining Eversheds as a Senior Associate. Drayson later became a Partner at Andersen Legal and served as Company Secretary & General Counsel at Ceridian. In 2008, they established their own company, Drayson Law Ltd, where they worked as a Director focusing on providing better ways for clients to conclude B2B contracts. Charles joined Harrison Clark Rickerbys Ltd as a Partner and Consultant specializing in IT law, with a particular niche in representing LegalTech vendors. In 2020, Drayson transitioned into a commercial role as the Commercial Director at Enate Ltd, where they focus on closing deals in line with the company's values and customer goals. Recently, in 2021, they also took on the position of Chief Community Officer at Legito. Throughout their career, Drayson has showcased their passion for the industry and their expertise in various legal and business roles.

Charles Drayson completed their A' Levels in Physics, Maths (Pure & Applied), Chemistry, and Electronics at Moulsham High School between 1979 and 1986. Charles then pursued their LLB in Law at Aberystwyth University from 1987 to 1990. Following this, they attended the College of Law, Guildford for Law Society Finals in 1990 and 1991.
