Martin Low

Head of Service Success at Enate

Martin Low has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Martin started their career at Mayrise Ltd in 2008 as a Customer Support Technician, providing technical assistance to customers. In 2013, they joined Yotta Ltd as a Customer Support Technician and then became a Customer Support Team Leader, leading a team in providing customer support. In 2019, they joined Enate Ltd as the UK Service Manager, responsible for managing service operations. Martin later took on the role of Lead Service Manager - Europe, overseeing service management in Europe. Currently, they serve as the Head of Service Success at Enate Ltd, leading service success efforts.

Martin Low attended the University of Plymouth from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
