Sara Nayeem

Sara Nayeem serves as the Executive Vice President of Investments at Enavate Sciences since December 2023. Previously, Sara held the position of Partner at Avoro Capital Advisors (formerly venBio Select Advisor) from February 2021 to October 2023, focusing on Avoro Ventures. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at New Enterprise Associates, where Sara advanced through roles from Senior Associate to Partner between January 2009 and February 2021. Early career experience includes working as an Investment Banking Associate at Merrill Lynch from 2006 to 2009 and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley from 1999 to 2001. Sara Nayeem holds an MD/MBA from Yale University and an AB in Biological Sciences from Harvard University.
