Chad Sogge

Chad Sogge is the Business Pod Meister and Partner Services at Enavate. Chad has been with the company since 2016 and in their current position since 2020.

Chad has played a key role in the development of the EU Region, growing it 60% to 100 team members. Chad was responsible for expanding the business to new locations, overseeing the payroll ISV product build, and successfully relocating the biggest team of the region to a new office.

Since taking on their current role, Chad has been focusing on developing and executing education programs for the team members, as well as guiding HR programs for the region. Chad has also been working on implementing an empowerment program to enable team members to achieve more.

Chad is a dedicated and experienced leader who has a proven track record of success in growing businesses and developing teams. Chad is an effective communicator and partner who is committed to supporting Enavate’s vision and strategy.

Chad Sogge studied economic cybernetics at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, where they earned both their bachelor's and master's degrees.
