Sumayah Jamal

Dr. Sumayah Jamal is the President, Co-founder, and Chief Scientific Officer at ENB Therapeutics. Sumayah is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at NYU Langone Medical Center and a former medical intern at Columbia University Medical Center. Dr. Jamal has dedicated their career to helping others achieve beautiful, healthy skin. In 2007, they founded Keris Dermatology, a premier medical and cosmetic dermatology practice located in New York City. For over 10 years, Keris Dermatology has been helping patients of all skin types discover and maintain beautiful skin. In 2013, Dr. Jamal became the President of the Manhattan Metropolitan Dermatologic Society. In this role, they worked to promote the study and advancement of dermatology within the society. In 2014, they co-founded ENB Therapeutics, a company dedicated to developing new therapies for skin diseases. As the company’s President and Chief Scientific Officer, Dr. Jamal is responsible for leading the scientific team and overseeing all research and development activities. Under their leadership, ENB Therapeutics has made significant progress in developing new treatments for conditions like psoriasis, eczema, and acne.

Sumayah Jamal earned their MD-PhD from New York University School of Medicine, with a focus in medicine and biochemistry. Sumayah also holds a BA from The Johns Hopkins University in biology. Sumayah is certified from the American Board of Dermatology.
