Antony Carter, MBA

Antony Carter, MBA, has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Currently, they serve as the Managing Director for Enbi Group in Europe and is also the Global VP of Sales and Marketing. In this position, they oversee the operations of two factories in Hungary and Germany and leads the global sales team in expanding business in existing and new markets.

Prior to their current role, Carter was the General Manager at Armacell International Holding GmbH, where they were responsible for the development of flexible insulation products for various industries. Antony managed the insulation products' application in commercial construction and light and heavy industry equipment.

Before joining Armacell, Carter held the position of Vice President at Fenner Precision, a renowned technical solutions supplier. Antony successfully managed three manufacturing facilities, including two in the USA, one in the UK, and also oversaw offices in China and India.

Carter's expertise in improving underperforming businesses is evident in their tenure as the Managing Director at Dawson Polymer Products (Shanghai) Ltd. Antony implemented strategic changes, leading to a significant increase in sales revenues, gross margin improvement, and operating profit enhancement.

In 2005, Carter joined Trelleborg Industrial AVS as the General Manager for the Asia Pacific region. Antony'srole included implementing market entry strategies for China and expanding operations throughout the wider Asia Pacific region.

During their career, Carter also served as the Regional Sales Manager for Trelleborg Antivibration Solutions and as the Sales Manager for Dunlop Precision Rubber (Aerospace Division).

Carter's extensive work experience, coupled with their MBA education, demonstrates their strong leadership capabilities and their ability to drive growth and success in various industries and global markets.
