Billie Wright

Billie Wright has been working at Enbridge Gas since March 2006, holding various roles such as Senior Analyst Quality Assurance, Sr Analyst Performance Measurement, Administrative Assistant III, and Workload Coordinator. Prior to Enbridge Gas, Billie worked at Accenture as a Customer Service Specialist. Billie coordinates and maintains key financial, operating, and performance measurement data for the GTA West Region, analyze key performance data, and develop recommendations for continuous improvement. Billie also provides administrative support to the Director of Operations and staff, interfaces with various levels of management, and creates work orders for new customer additions in the commercial sector. Education was completed at Niagara College.
