James Whittaker

James Whittaker is an experienced manager in the gas utility sector, currently serving as the Manager of Construction for the Southwest Region at Enbridge Gas since April 2019. Prior to this role, James Whittaker held various managerial positions at Union Gas from May 1999 to March 2019, including Manager of Community Expansion, Construction and Growth, Plant Damage Prevention, Meter Shop Support, Technical Support, Distribution Operations Planning Optimization, as well as Utility Services Manager and District Engineer in London. James Whittaker began a professional career after earning a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Waterloo between 1994 and 1999.
