Hilary Thompson, P.Eng., LLM has extensive experience in the energy industry, specifically in natural gas distribution and alternative energy research. Currently employed at Enbridge as the Director of People and Performance, Hilary focuses on creating a workplace where employees can thrive to support the company's vision and strategic goals. Prior to this role, Hilary held various positions at Enbridge Gas, Queen's University, and Fuel Cell Technologies, where Hilary was involved in research, business development, asset management, and regulatory projects related to the natural gas market in Ontario and the Great Lakes region. With a background in engineering and law, Hilary brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role.
