Richard Boyles

Richard Boyles is an experienced Change Management Practitioner with a diverse background in leading change initiatives across multiple sectors. At Enbridge since August 2021, Richard supports the Unify project focused on ERP application implementation. Prior experience includes roles at Bruce Power, where Richard facilitated change in the IT department, Roche as an OCM Change Lead for the Faster Filing Program, and LCBO overseeing change management for a Workday implementation. Additionally, Richard held positions at PwC leading change activities for Workday in the Caribbean region, Northland Power managing change for Workday implementations, and was involved in instructional design and training at Loblaw Companies Limited, Scotiabank, the Ministry of Community and Social Services, and TTC. Richard holds a BSc H.K. (Hon) in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph.
