Michael Menchaca

Michael Menchaca has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as a System Operations Center Analyst I and previously as a Desktop Technician II at Encantado Technical Solutions since January 2022. Prior experience includes a progression from Information Systems Technician I to Information Technology Technician II at First Choice Community Healthcare from April 2015 to January 2022. Michael also gained experience as a Tier 1 Technical Support representative at Hinduja Global Solutions in late 2013. Michael holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Networking Technology from Kaplan College, completed between 2011 and 2013.
