Tim Williams

Tim Williams has a diverse work experience in the technical field. Tim started their career as an IT Support Specialist at The Kemtah Group, inc., Sandia National Labs in 2017. Tim then joined Belcan in 2018 and held various roles such as Macintosh Field Tech, Commodities Analyst, Commodities Team Liaison, and Commodities Team Lead - Tier 4. During their time at Belcan, they served as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the client's classified computing environments, provided on-the-job training for technicians, and escalated service requests to the appropriate IT support team. In 2019, they joined ECS as a Technology Services Manager. Tim recently transitioned to Encantado Technical Solutions in 2021 as the SOC Site Operations Manager.

Tim Williams has attended the Full Stack Deep Dive Coding Bootcamp and Central New Mexico Community College. However, the start and end years, as well as the degree names and fields of study, are not provided for either institution. Additionally, Tim Williams has obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from PeopleCert in February 2021.
