Allie Rennick

Allie Rennick is the Director of People at Encapture. Allie has over three years of experience in talent development and employee engagement. Allie has a passion for helping people reach their full potential and has designed, developed, implemented, and evaluated various talent development and employee engagement processes. Allie has also created and maintained enterprise-wide performance management tools and related processes. Allie is a skilled facilitator, trainer, and presenter who has assisted in group facilitation, training, and presentation to various organizational audiences related to enhanced tools and processes.

Allie Rennick received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Texas Tech University.

They work with Dave Davidson - CTO, Brandon Young - Chief Marketing Officer, and Tyler Barron - Chief Revenue Officer. Their manager is Will Robinson, CEO.
