Chris Bobbett

Chris Bobbett has extensive work experience in design and user experience roles.

From 2020 to the present, Bobbett has been the Head of Design at Encapture. In this role, they collaborate with senior executives to shape and enhance the Encapture platform.

Bobbett previously worked at Capital One from 2018 to 2020 as a Manager of Design. During this time, they supported design efforts for innovation product pods and worked closely with product management and engineering to research and validate solutions.

In 2018, Bobbett also worked as a freelance Product Designer. Additionally, they served as the Director of Product Design at Blitzn Retail Technology from October 2017 to February 2018, collaborating with the Chief Product Officer and VP of Engineering.

Prior to these roles, Bobbett was the Director of User Experience at Research Now from December 2016 to October 2017. Chris was responsible for maturing the UX design practice and partnering with product management and engineering to develop the next generation of the platform.

From April 2016 to November 2016, Bobbett was the Director of User Experience at Flywheel (formerly SCIenergy, Inc.). Chris also served as the Senior User Experience Architect at Flywheel from June 2015 to March 2016.

Earlier in their career, Bobbett was a Senior User Experience Designer at Credera from April 2013 to May 2015. Chris also worked as a Web and User Experience Consultant at InnovativeWay Inc. from August 2009 to April 2013.

Bobbett's experience also includes working as a Marketing & Communications Senior at EDS, an HP Company, from September 2005 to August 2009. Chris began their career as a Designer (Web + Print) at PAVLOV Agency (formerly Concussion Advertising) from October 2001 to September 2005.

Throughout their career, Bobbett has demonstrated expertise in interaction design, visual design, research, and team management.

Chris Bobbett has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design from Arizona State University. Additionally, they have studied Industrial Design at Virginia Tech.
