Tamara Novikova

Tamara Novikova is a seasoned professional in the design and development of accessories, with a rich background spanning multiple roles in the industry. Currently serving as the Development & Design Packaging & Graphics Lead at Enchanté Accessories since April 2022, Tamara previously held the position of Product Development & Design Lead at Amiee Lynn Inc. from August 2021 to April 2022. Tamara’s earlier experience includes roles as GM & Socks Production Coordinator and Designer at Shalom International Corporation, and as an Assistant Design/Trim & Embellishment Specialist at New York Embroidery Studio. Tamara began the career with internships at notable companies such as Cynthia Rowley, Defina Balda, and Ralph Lauren. Education includes a Bachelor of Fine Arts with an emphasis in Fashion and Object Design from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, completed in 2014.
