Paula I. has over 14 years of professional experience in the hospitality and photography industries. In 2021, they began working as a Digital Artist / Photo Editor for Enchanted Fairies. From 2018-2021, they worked as a professional photographer for Fotografia. From 2007-2018, they were the Socio-Proprietária of Residencial dos Girassois, a residential care facility for the elderly. Paula was responsible for all administrative duties, such as financial management, human resources, operational routines, and customer retention. From 2007-2005, they worked as a Hostess at Tulipa Restaurante, a hotel restaurant. Finally, from 2005-2004, they worked as an Intern at Comfort Suites Alphaville, where they handled personal and telephone reception, daily documentation verification, room availability management, and check-in/check-out. Additionally, they completed an International College Program at Walt Disney World in 2004, where they worked on personal visitor assistance, attraction compliance verification, attraction equipment operation, and customer satisfaction methods.

Paula I. has a diverse educational background, beginning with a Bachelor's degree in Administração em Hotelaria from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado, which they completed in 2006. Paula then went on to receive a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2014. In 2017, they completed a Curso online in Introdução ao Marketing Analitico from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, as well as a Modelagem de Bolsas em Couro in Desenho de Moda from Senai São Paulo. Paula also completed a Curso profissionalizante in Fotografia from Techimage in 2013. In 2018, they completed a Design de Bolsas in Desenho de Moda from FAAP - Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado. Lastly, in 2019, they completed an Introdução a Ciência da Computação from Udacity and a Viral Marketing and How to Craft Contagious Content course from the University of Pennsylvania.
