Mr. Marcel Gabuat, JD, CSP, CSMS has a diverse and extensive work experience in the security and investigation industry. Mr. Marcel has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise and leadership skills.

Starting their career in 1995, Mr. Gabuat worked as a Security Guard and later as a Security Supervisor & Training Instructor at Acacia Security & Investigation Agency, Inc. Mr. Marcel conducted training for over 200 guards and performed daily inspections in administrative offices, restaurants, and fairways.

In 1996, they joined Mimosa Regency Casino, where they served as a Casino Internal Security Officer and later as a Casino Security Shift Manager. Mr. Marcel was responsible for ensuring the security and safety of casino players, guests, customers, and employees.

In 2000, Mr. Gabuat joined Superb Security & Investigation Agency, Inc. as an HR/Admin/Personnel & Legal Officer. Mr. Marcel implemented computerization in the HR and Administrative Department and improved the agency's time tracking and attendance policies.

From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Senior Security Supervisor and Lead Investigator at Ascott Makati, where they resolved theft cases and was appointed as Lead Investigator within a few months.

At SMX Convention Center, Mr. Gabuat served as a Security Manager from 2013 to 2014. Mr. Marcel formulated and implemented security and safety policies, organized an Emergency Response Team, and effectively reduced incidents of theft.

From 2014 to 2015, Mr. Gabuat worked as a Human Resources Manager at Men In Blue Security Services, Inc. (MIBSSI), where they recommended improvements in standard operating procedures and team restructuring.

In 2016, they joined Okada Manila and held several roles, including Security Administration Manager, Security & Surveillance Senior Administration Manager, and Security External Relations Manager. Mr. Marcel successfully hired and onboarded a large number of security team members, managed over 700 organic team members, and reduced absences by up to 90%.

Since 2015, Mr. Gabuat has also been working as a Security Consultant at SCI Security and Investigation, Inc., conducting security surveys, risk assessments, and audits for various clients and providing training seminars to improve the performance of security personnel.

Currently, Mr. Gabuat holds the role of Security Head at Enchanted Kingdom since 2023.

Mr. Marcel Gabuat, JD, CSP, CSMS has a comprehensive education history. Mr. Marcel completed their Master In Innovation and Business (MIB) degree at the Asian Institute of Management in 2023. Before that, from 2000 to 2005, they studied at the MLQU School of Law University in Manila, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree and specialized in law. Additionally, Mr. Gabuat pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Saint Louis University from 1990 to 1994.
