David Garcia

David Garcia currently serves as the Vice President of Manufacturing at Enchanted Rock, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, David held several significant positions at NOV, including Director of Operations for Nisku Manufacturing and various managerial roles overseeing drilling motors, fishing tools, stators, and rotors. David’s experience also includes serving as Director of Operations at Merla Wellhead Solutions, Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Plant Manager at Halliburton, Plant Manager at Lincoln Manufacturing, and Plant Manager at Tenaris, where expertise was developed in manufacturing operations within the oilfield and technology sectors. David's career began at Foxconn as a Production Manager, where responsibilities included OEM assembly for major technology brands.
