Joel Yu

Joel Yu is a seasoned professional with significant experience in energy policy and regulatory affairs. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Policy & External Affairs at Enchanted Rock since December 2020, Joel has previously held roles including Vice President of Policy and Director of Regulatory & Legislative Affairs within the same company. Prior experience includes a tenure at Con Edison from September 2010 to December 2020, where Joel worked as a Project Manager, Project Specialist, and Operating Supervisor. Joel holds an M.B.A. in Economics and Corporate Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Columbia Engineering.
