Lavanya Bhenderu

Lavanya Bhenderu has extensive work experience in various technology-related roles. Lavanya is currently serving as the Vice President of Technology at Enchanted Rock since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Technology at Enchanted Rock from August 2020 to March 2023. Before joining Enchanted Rock, Lavanya held the position of Director, Hardware/Software Engineering at Emerson Automation Solutions (Measurement and Analytical) from November 2018 to August 2020. Lavanya also worked at Emerson Process Management as an R&D Electrical Design Manager from March 2013 to August 2020. Lavanya's earlier experience includes working as the Product Engineering Lead at Harris CapRock Communications from 2011 to 2013, and as a Product Engineer at CapRock Communications from 2010 to 2011. Lavanya began their career as an Electrical Product Engineer at Hewlett-Packard from January 2007 to April 2010. Lavanya also gained experience as a Programmer at Simmons Corporation and as an Intern at T-Mobile in 2005.

Lavanya Bhenderu studied Electrical Engineering at The University of Texas at Dallas from 2004 to 2006. Lavanya then pursued a Masters in Engineering Management at Purdue University. Additionally, they obtained a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in 2010. Lavanya also has an ACP certification from the same institution, but the year of obtaining it is unknown.
