Oladapo Akinyede

Oladapo Akinyede is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in performance engineering and related fields. Currently serving as Principal Performance Engineer at Enchanted Rock since March 2021, Akinyede has held various roles including Manager of Performance Engineering and Performance Engineer. Previously, Akinyede worked at Baker Hughes and GE Oil & Gas, specializing in reciprocating natural gas engines and global cost and value engineering. Akinyede's career also includes significant positions at Cummins Inc. and research positions at North Carolina A&T State University and NASA. Akinyede holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, along with an MS from the University of New Orleans and a B.Sc from the University of Lagos.
