Layne Pawlik

Layne Pawlik, MPS I/O, currently serves as Training Manager at Enchantment Resort since July 2023. With a background in organizational development and human resources, Layne has held roles such as Organizational Development Specialist at NXG and HR Business Partner at Bayless Integrated Healthcare and Allied Telecom Group. Previous experience includes serving as SEVIS and International Student Services Coordinator at the University of the District of Columbia, where Layne managed compliance and support for international students, and roles at Stratford University and Mentora College focused on admissions and regulatory compliance for international programs. An ESL instructor from 2009 to 2013, Layne also possesses a Master's degree in Applied Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Loyola University New Orleans.
