Dushyanth Reddy Bommana

Dushyanth Reddy Bommana has extensive experience in the field of FileNet, with a focus on installation and upgrading of FileNet P8 products. Dushyanth Reddy worked as a Platform Engineer at enChoice Inc. from September 2022 to the present, where they primarily worked on installing and upgrading components of FileNet from versions 5.1 and 5.3 to version 5.

Prior to this, they worked as a FileNet Consultant at Lloyds Banking Group from April 2022 to August 2022, where they also focused on FileNet upgrading projects.

In 2020, Dushyanth served as a Senior FileNet Technical Lead at Helix International, working with clients such as Conduent - Xerox, Santander, and the State of Ohio (USA). In this role, they gathered and defined customer requirements, introduced agile methodologies and best practices, and contributed to product development.

From 2015 to 2020, Dushyanth worked at Franklin Templeton India as a Technical Lead, where they gathered requirements, conducted design and development documentation, and interacted with business users. Dushyanth Reddy also worked on upgrading FileNet Content Engine APIs to version 5.5.

In 2014, they served as a Team Lead at GREAT EASTERN, working at client locations in Malaysia for GELM and OAC Malaysia. Dushyanth Reddy played a key role in change request management, impact analysis, and effort estimations. Dushyanth Reddy also mapped business requirements to technology stack and contributed to development and build activities.

Dushyanth began their career as an IBM FileNet Developer & Consultant at Monarch Info Tech Services Pvt Ltd in 2011. Dushyanth Reddy worked with various clients, including GEL Malaysia, OAC Malaysia, and Monnet. Dushyanth Reddy was based at client locations in Malaysia and played a significant role in change request management, impact analysis, and effort estimations.

Dushyanth Reddy Bommana completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Sphoorthy Engineering College between 2007 and 2011. Dushyanth Reddy then pursued further education and recently obtained a Master of Science degree in Data Science and its Applications from the University of Essex, completing their studies in 2022.
