Tom Davidson

Tom Davidson has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Tom began their career in 1993 as a Senior Consultant at Arthur Andersen LLP. In 1997, they moved to Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette as a Vice President. In 2000, they took on the role of Senior Managing Director, Capital Markets at GE Capital. From 2017 to 2018, they served as Chief Financial Officer at Sierra Auto Finance and Chief Capital Officer at Sierra Auto Finance/DriverUp. From 2018 to 2019, they were Chief Financial Officer at CAN Capital. In 2019, they became Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Encina Equipment Finance, LLC, and in 2020, they became a Partner at Encina Capital Partners, LLC.

Tom Davidson completed their MBA from NYU Stern School of Business in 1996, majoring in Finance and Accounting. Prior to that, they earned their BA from Williams College in 1993, majoring in Religion.
