Kate Farmer

Kate Farmer is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and project leadership. Currently serving as the Talent Process and Project Manager at Encirc since September 2019, Kate previously held the role of Human Resources Business Partner at Airbus from January 2017 to August 2019. With a strong foundation in engineering talent management, Kate's earlier positions at BAE Systems included HR Manager roles focused on engineering support transformation and talent promotion, as well as HR Advisor responsibilities in aircraft maintenance and support. Kate began the HR career with an industrial placement at Marks and Spencer. Educationally, Kate holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Blackpool & Fylde College, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Lancaster University, and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development at the University of Lancashire.
