Kris Rzesnoski has a diverse work experience in the restoration industry. They are currently serving as the Vice President of Encircle, where they contribute to the design and development of technology to assist in property restoration. In addition, Kris is a Technical Instructor at the Restoration Industry Association, where they teach courses on water and fire loss restoration. They are also a registered third party evaluator at IDSO, applying their expertise to assist in dispute resolution. Prior to these roles, Kris was the Owner/Consultant/Trainer at Reztimate Training and Consulting and worked as an Assistant AMRT Instructor at IICRC Approved. They also have experience as a Business Development Director at Paul Davis Systems Canada. Overall, Kris brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the restoration industry.

Kris Rzesnoski, CR, WLS, FLS, CLS, RTPE, BA, has a well-rounded education history. In 1997, Kris began their educational journey at The University of Winnipeg, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree, completing their studies in 2000.

In 2017, Kris enrolled at the Restoration Industry Association to pursue certification as a Certified Restorer, specializing in Restoration Mitigation & Repair. They successfully obtained this certification in November of the same year. Additionally, in the same month, Kris also received the Contents Loss Specialist (CLS) certification from the Restoration Industry Association.

Building on their certifications, Kris further expanded their knowledge and expertise by obtaining the Fire Loss Specialist certification from the Restoration Industry Association in November 2019.

In 2020, Kris achieved multiple certifications from the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification). They obtained the Master Fire & Smoke Restorer certification, Master Textile Cleaner certification, and the Master Water Restorer certification, highlighting their broad knowledge in various areas of fire, smoke, textile, and water restoration.
