Heather Mitch

Heather Mitch has a diverse professional background with extensive experience in project management and client education. Currently serving as Digital Solutions Manager and Senior Project Manager at Enclara Pharmacia since June 2019, Heather has also held the role of Client Education Specialist. Prior experience includes a Project Manager position at Micfo and various roles at Benefitfocus from August 2012 to September 2018, including Manager of the Optimization Team. Heather's early career includes work as an Intervention Specialist at Ashley River Creative Arts Elementary School. Educational credentials include two Bachelor of Science degrees in Elementary Education from the College of Charleston, obtained between 2006 and 2010.
