Mike Shygelski

Mike Shygelski is an experienced technology professional with a diverse background in software development and management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as SRE Manager at Enclara Pharmacia since August 2022, Mike has previously held leadership roles at Humana as a Senior Technology Leadership Professional and at Geisinger Health Plan as a Team Leader, managing 12 direct reports. With a comprehensive focus on software engineering, project management, and technical analysis, Mike has contributed to a range of projects from large-scale web applications to data collection systems. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Wilkes University and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Computer and Information Sciences at Bellevue University.
