Rushi Patel

Rushi is a nationally prominent pharmacist who brings more than 15 years of managerial and operational experience to Enclara. He has worked in a variety of settings, including hospital pharmacy, retail pharmacy and long-term care pharmacy.

Rushi began his pharmacy career as a clinical coordinator and supervisor at 500+ bed acute care hospital, and later ventured into retail and long-term care pharmacy, where he assumed leadership roles in pharmacy operations, regulatory, compliance and government affairs. He has significant operational, regulatory and licensing experience, including experience with sterile and non-sterile compounding.
