Riley Smith started their professional career with Aramark as a Finance Associate and then transitioned to Central Business Services, INC as an Accounting & Tax Associate. They pursued their interest in real estate investment by working as a Financial Analyst at Ventas, Inc. before becoming a Financial Analyst at Miller Capital Advisory, Inc. Riley then made significant contributions as an Associate in Acquisitions and Asset Management at Mortenson, where they focused on expanding the company's investment capabilities. Currently, they hold the title of Vice President at Fulcrum Asset Advisors, specializing in office and industrial investments. In 2022, Riley joined Enclave as part of the Asset Management, Development, and Investments team.
