Cesar Aguirre

Cesar Aguirre is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and structural design, currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Enclos Tensile Structures since January 2005, where responsibilities include the design and fabrication of tensioned structures. Prior roles include Production Manager at Prepac Peru and Plant Manager at Intesa Boilers. Cesar Aguirre holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) candidate in Civil Engineering - Structural from The University of Texas at Arlington, alongside a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Civil Engineering and an Associate's degree in Business Administration. Additionally, Cesar Aguirre earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
