Chandler Bell, DBIA, is a Senior Project Engineer at TCE since March 2023, bringing extensive experience from previous roles at Skanska USA Civil Northeast, Inc., where Chandler served as both Assistant Superintendent and Field Engineer from July 2017 to March 2023. Earlier experience includes a Structural Engineering Intern position at DeSimone Consulting Engineers in the summer of 2016 and a Summer Technician Intern role at Dente Engineering in the summer of 2015. Chandler holds a degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, earned between 2013 and 2017.
