Chad Luebbehusen

Chad Luebbehusen is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in project management across various roles. Currently a Senior Project Manager at Enclos since February 2013, Chad is responsible for overseeing large commercial and institutional building projects, ensuring adherence to design, budget, and schedule while managing safety, progress reporting, and subcontractor coordination. Prior to Enclos, Chad operated CL Detailing Service as a Sole Proprietor, creating detailed shop drawings for construction trades. Chad also served as a Project Manager at TSI Architectural Metals, handling the design and installation of architectural metal panels, and worked as a Construction Engineer at TMG Construction Corporation, managing quality control and procurement for retail projects and contracts at Washington Dulles International Airport. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Indiana State University.
