Alex M. has extensive experience in personal artist management and qualitative research across various industries. Since September 2012, Alex has been with Encompass Arts LLC in New York, specializing in managing talent in opera, Broadway, film, and stage. Prior to this, Alex held leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Global Qualitative Solutions at Harris Interactive, where expertise spanned multiple sectors, and led qualitative consultancy efforts at Emotional Brand Design focused on fragrance. Alex founded BrandEmotions at International Flavors & Fragrances and began a career in qualitative research at International Research in London. Earlier positions include being Head of Marketing, Strategy & Logistics at the University of Glamorgan and founding ICON Market Research. Alex's academic qualifications include an MSc in Social Research Methods from the University of Surrey.
