Leadership Team

About

The current leadership team at Encompass Community Services has a wealth of experience in human services and education. The team includes an appointee from the Human Services Commission, the Executive Director of Homeless Services Center, and the Senior Director of Programs and Community Education from the Downtown Women's Center. Furthermore, the team has a consultant who specializes in public sector human capital from Deloitte. Lastly, the team is rounded out with two members who have degrees in nonprofit management and political science from the University of Southern California and California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo respectively.
