Hernan Massone

Hernan Massone is a Software Development Director at Encompass Digital Media, Inc., since January 2012, where efforts are concentrated on transforming a start-up culture into a mature organization. Responsibilities include project management with operations directors, external vendors, and clients, along with overseeing cultural change and managing virtual teams. Previously, Hernan served as a Project Leader, focusing on enhancing service levels in alignment with business needs through the design of an in-house business process management and media asset management system, as well as integrating third-party systems. Prior to Encompass, Hernan worked as a Senior Developer at TIBA from January 2010 to January 2012, concentrating on improving development solutions in quality, cost, and robustness, specifically in Transport Stream and SDI Compliance Recording.
