Dustin Pattengill

Dustin Pattengill has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Dustin started their career at Stryker Sustainabilaty Solutions (formerly Ascent Healthcare Solutions) in 2005, where they worked as an Account Service Representative. Dustin then advanced to the role of Account Manager in 2006, where they built relationships with clients and managed the sales cycle. In 2007, they became a Sales Representative and later a Regional Manager, responsible for training and coaching Account Managers. In 2012, they joined Encompass Group, LLC as a Sales Representative and eventually became a Regional Sales Director in 2022. Additionally, in 2018, Pattengill worked as an Adjunct Professor at North Central University. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in sales, client relationship building, and team management.

Dustin Pattengill pursued their higher education by completing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from Capella University, spanning from 2006 to 2009. Later on, they undertook a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Leadership from North Central University, which they finished from 2013 to 2018.
