Anthony Hernandez

Anthony (Tony) Hernandez currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Encompass Health, overseeing HR functions for a $2.0 billion publicly traded company with 6,000 employees. Prior to this role, Hernandez was the EVP of Human Resources at Regions Bank and held senior HR positions at Pharmerica and Citigroup, where responsibilities included managing significant budgets, staffing, compensation and benefits programs, and employee relations. Hernandez's early career began at Honeywell as a Buyer after being promoted from Associate Buyer. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of Kansas.
