Evan Savage, MD MBA, is the Founder and President of PHYSICAL AND FUNCTIONAL MEDICINE INCORPORATED. With a background as a Board Certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation physician, Evan has held various roles such as Clinical Instructor at Maine Medical Center, Member of the Bureau of Motor Vehicles Medical Advisory Board, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician at Concentra, and Co-Founder of Specialized Post Acute Consultants LLC. Evan has also served as Medical Staff President at Encompass Health and Resident Doctor at University of Pennsylvania and United Health Services. Currently, at Encompass Health, Evan holds the positions of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician, Associate Medical Director, and Medical Director of Limb Loss and Hip Fracture Programs.
