Jan Thibodeau

Jan Thibodeau, MHRM, has a robust career in human resources, currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Encompass Health since July 2007, where responsibilities have included overseeing HR operations for the organization formerly known as Healthsouth. Prior to this role, Jan held the position of Executive Director at Valley College from April 2004 to July 2007, and served as Senior Auditor at First Community Bank, NA between September 2002 and March 2004. Jan holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Ashworth College and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Phoenix.
