Merri Foltz

Merri Foltz is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Encompass Health since November 2016, Merri oversees HR operations and plays a pivotal role in organizational leadership. Previous positions include Human Resources Director at Select Medical, where Merri acted as a strategic partner to executive leadership, as well as Director of Human Resources at both Hospice of North Central Ohio and Hospice of Knox County, focusing on the integration of HR functions and compliance. Merri's career began at St. Mary of the Springs, where initiatives in HR program development were successfully implemented.
