Phillip Loggins

Phillip Loggins serves as the South Atlantic Regional Director of Quality and Risk Management at Encompass Health, a position held since January 2021. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at HealthSouth from October 1996 to January 2021, where roles included Southeast Regional Director of Quality and Risk Management and Director of Quality and Risk Management, overseeing 23 rehabilitation hospitals and engaging with key governance bodies.
