Stephanie Franszczak

Stephanie F. has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources at Encompass Health since October 2015, after holding the position of Human Resources Director. Stephanie also owns and creates unique wire art and altered books through Wire Whimsy Creations, a venture started in April 2020. Previous roles include Division Director of Human Resources at Sava Senior Care, Human Resources Manager at Blockbuster, and Human Resources Recruitment Generalist at National Jewish Health. Stephanie began their career as an Account Executive and Recruiter at Debra Bryan and Associates. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Education and Human Resource Studies from Colorado State University, a Bachelor's degree in Human Rehabilitative Services, and a minor in Community Health from the University of Northern Colorado.
