Thomas Boyle

Thomas Boyle, MBA, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the design and construction sectors, currently serving as Chief Design & Construction Officer at Encompass Health since March 2020. Previously, Thomas held the role of Vice President & Division Manager at Doster Construction Company from April 2017 to March 2020, and served as Assistant Vice President at HCA Healthcare for 14 years. Early in the career, Thomas worked as Project Manager at JE Dunn Construction and as Project Coordinator at W&W / AFCO Steel. Thomas holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Harding University, earned in December 2021, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Harding University, completed in 1996.
